Mustafa Al Shabandar is the Projects Commercial Director, heading the Projects Commercial Department. He is responsible for contracts and commercial aspects related to the design and the construction of all projects of the group.
Mustafa has over 25 years of experience in the construction field. He joined Al Ain Holding in 2007 and has successfully overseen the commercial activities related to all private and commercial projects including Address Residences Jumeirah Beach Resort, InterContinental Fujairah Resort, Double tree by Hilton Hotel Dubai – JBR, Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys, Umm Al Emarat Park, Al Ain Tower, Sama Tower, Al Bateen Residences, Q residences, Mangrove Village, Assalam Village, Park Place, Dolphin Tower, Mega Stores and Sea Lodge.
Prior to joining Al Ain Holding, Mustafa held many positions in the construction field as a contractor, consultant and projects manager.
Mustafa holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of Engineering, University of Baghdad in 1996.
