Fouzia has over 12 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a strong ability to drive strategic process improvements and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Her expertise has consistently resulted in successful project completions, contributing to the optimization of real estate portfolios.
Prior to joining Al Ain Holding, Fouzia worked with Emaar PJSC. During her tenure at this company, she honed her skills and developed a strong foundation in the industry.
Fouzia holds an International MBA from Buckinghamshire New University, UK, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Moulay Ismail University, Morocco. Besides number of courses and trainings on Leadership & Management, Business Analysis and Strategy.
